AMERICAN LEGEND SALES DATES REVISIONS FOR 2014

Because of the complex scheduling challenges that exist for the 2014 auction season, American Legend Cooperative is happy to announce revisions to its 2014 auction schedule. Our first auction will occur the first week of March.

Joe Morelli, President and CEO of American Legend comments, “This revision in the schedule accomplishes several things for both our buyers and the entire ranching community. It clears up a previous conflict and gives our buyers ample time to properly inspect and buy our collection. At the same time, it allows our ranchers additional time to process and deliver their pelts for sale. With our significantly expanded offering of brown and mutation mink on this sale, it also gives us the opportunity to sort our bigger collection with the highest of standards we are known for.”

With travel schedules also being a major concern for the trade, we are also revising our second auction to occur the first week of May. This will eliminate the need for buyers to make two separate trips to the North American continent and gives our farmers the earliest opportunity to sell their production for the year including low-grade and breeder-type mink. We will finalize the exact dates for inspection and selling in the near future.
